This integration works with ANVA Hub and is not compatible with the ANVA desktop application.

Each time the “Call Pop” or “Show Contact” feature is used — or when the automatic call pop option is enabled — ANVA Hub will register the action as a request to open the contact web page. This may result in a charge from ANVA Hub for each instance.

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
