When making or receiving a call to or from a Realworks contact, a preview of the contact is presented within Realworks, and can be screen popped.
For the Realworks integration, we will require VOIP to be enabled in Realworks.
Each user in Realworks has to have there own unique extension number.
Extension numbers cannot start with a zero or the integration doesn't work e.g. 0201 they need to be 201. Due to limitations in the Realworks API, an incorrect time stamp is shown for calls attached to a record until they are saved, when the correct time stamp will display.
