ODBC integration is able to read information from an ODBC data source setup on the PC enabling both Caller preview and Address book searching within the client. An additional 'show contact' option within the Add-in configuration can run a program or go to a custom URL with pre-configured telephony based command-line parameters possibly enabling Screen pop type features.

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
